Alternatives to typical American BC

**some may have added fee

  • French buttercream, a less sweet but rich option (a stronger butter flavor)

  • Swiss Meringue buttercream (made with egg whites and butter)

  • Russian buttercream (made with sweetened condensed milk)

  • Whipped cream frosting (made with cream, pudding mix, and gelatin or agar agar for structure)

  • Whipped marshmallow frosting 

  • Whipped ganache (less sweet, made by melting chocolate and cream, then whipping)

How do I place an order? 

1. Email the above address with which item you want (sugar cookies, macarons, cupcakes, or cake)

2. Specify the amount and size (ex. 6 inch cake or 3 dozen regular sized sugar cookies)

3. Specify what flavor(s) you want or inquire about a custom flavor

4. Describe the design you would like (I encourage inspiration pictures!)

5. Tell me the date in which you need the order
